Nice solutions on show all around the world

Nice has been the protagonist of a number of events all around the world this spring, sharing our innovative solutions for Home and Building automation with a wide and varied audience of professionals and consumers.

In Turkey and China, Nice local subsidiaries were present with their own booths at the local editions of R+T, the world’s leading trade fair for roller shutters, doors/gates and sun protection systems, known worldwide as a meeting point, an industry barometer and an innovation platform for the sector, which will stage the main international event in Stuttgart next year.

From March 1st to the 4th, Nice took part in the R+T exhibition in Istanbul, where the team displayed our complete automation systems for awnings and blinds, focusing in particular on the Era Inn range for interior blinds. At the end of the month it was then Asia’s turn with the R+T Shanghai edition, where Nice booth was selected to be part of the "Innovaction" international space, and received a great number of visitors coming from all over Asia, but also from Canada, the USA, Latin America and the United Arab Emirates.

On the other side of the ocean, the International Window Coverings EXPO (IWCE) 2017, taking place in Charlotte, North Carolina, was the perfect context and a successful opportunity to showcase the Era Inn system to the USA market. Running from March 8th to the 9th, the exhibition gathered nearly 3,000 window fashion decorators, designers, retailers, architects and installers.

In the beginning of April it was then Stockholm’s turn with ARCHITECT@WORK, the exhibition dedicated to architects, interior designers and specifiers, focusing on innovative products, materials, applications and services, held for the first time in Sweden this year. On this occasion Nice presented the Era Inn system to this exclusive audience, exchanging knowledge and innovative ideas.

International and national trade fairs are often opportunities for great cooperation with our partners as well. Recently Nice teamed up with two of our customers during the Habitat Jardin exhibition, dedicated to the house decoration, taking place in Lausanne, Switzerland, from March 4th to the 12th. Here Nice presented its innovative solutions both for gate and screen automation, which can be controlled using one single transmitter, and this was highly appreciated by the public.

In Italy, Nice attended the prestigious MADE expo event, the “ideal meeting platform” for manufacturers, architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and retailers. On this occasion, Nice contributed to a customer’s installation providing elegant and smart control systems for automated awnings, blinds and shutters. At the same time, Nice partnered with its long-term distributor in Slovakia for the CONECO trade fair in Bratislava, which brings together new trends in construction and architecture each year.
