Seventh Edition of the “Best Managed Companies” Award by Deloitte Private: Nice among the 67 Italian Excellence Awardees
October 2024 - Corporate News
Nice has been recognized for the third time as one of the winners of the seventh edition of the Best Managed Companies Award. This award, which celebrates entrepreneurial excellence in Italy, is promoted by Deloitte Private in collaboration with ELITE-Euronext Group, Piccola Industria Confindustria, and with the methodological and strategic support of ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
Having previously received the award in 2018 and 2023, Nice has once again distinguished itself for its excellence in the six methodological pillars that characterize the Award: Strategy, Capabilities and Innovation, Commitment and Corporate Culture, Governance and Performance Measurement, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Internationalization.
The Best Managed Companies Award recognizes Nice’s ability to continuously innovate, attract and develop talent, and promote a unique corporate culture that combines social, environmental, and economic sustainability.
“We are proud to have been awarded the Best Managed Companies Award for the third time. In a constantly evolving geopolitical and economic context, Nice has demonstrated an extraordinary ability to adapt and grow. We remain true to our core values while embracing change as a great opportunity,” commented Juan B. Mogollon, Chief Executive Officer of Nice. “This award is the result of teamwork and the strategic vision of the entire organization, which has faced the challenges of the global market with determination and creativity. Being once again among the excellence of Made in Italy motivates us to continue with even more energy, continuing to innovate and grow with a view to sustainability and long-term success.”
“This seventh edition also testifies to the presence of excellent entrepreneurial realities in our country. Through the analysis of the parameters that characterize the Award and are crucial for business management, we have awarded 67 companies that represent the excellence of our production sector. In addition to a solid base of awarded companies that were already part of this multi-year growth path, demonstrating how this award values virtuous business management over time, new high-profile realities have been added. Over a fifth of the awardees, in fact, are companies that joined the program this year, by virtue of their solid and ambitious management capabilities,” commented Ernesto Lanzillo, Deloitte Partner and Leader of Deloitte Private for the Central Mediterranean area (Italy, Greece, and Malta).
“The evaluation parameters designed and adopted by Deloitte experts and the jury, which led to the awarding of the 67 Italian companies for their managerial skills, are elements that we consider fundamental for companies operating in a complex scenario like the current one. In a historical phase in which the affirmation of new technologies is shaping new horizons and new business opportunities, organizations must be able to have leadership prepared and attentive to these new trends, as well as the ability to adapt and shape their structure considering new priorities,” concluded Andrea Restelli, Deloitte Partner and head of the Best Managed Companies program in Italy.
