This fair serves as a prime opportunity to unveil a groundbreaking new ecosystem for the Nice smart some, particularly with the recent introduction of the Home Management Solutions Business Unit. Among the cutting-edge solutions unveiled by Nice at ISE 2024 are the aimable In-Ceiling Speakers AIM Mk3 Speaker Series, offering unmatched flexibility and performance. They deliver superior sound quality for home theatres and media rooms without visually intruding on the environment. Additionally, the new Small Aperture Speaker solution provides dynamic and impactful sound in a compact form factor. Leveraging advanced technology and materials such as carbon fiber woofer and massive aluminium tweeter, these speakers are extremely versatile in installation, while seamlessly integrating into the house design. The solution consists of the SC-IC3 Small Aperture (satellite) speaker, the SC-IC-SUB8 Subwoofer speaker and a matching SC4-100 4-Channel Analog Filtering Amplifier.

A more performing video surveillance system has been integrated into the Nice smart home, now allowing for perimeter monitoring and more strategic use of video recording around the house.

Today, with local USB video storage and Nice IP cameras, you can review pre-recorded surveillance video at the end of the day and monitor streaming video remotely when tenants are away via the mobile application. Playback is presented in a linear timeline with quick navigation tick marks in event-based mode, allowing residents to effortlessly switch from one event to the next.

The Nice Home Management System is an open platform, facilitating the integration of more than 10,000 third-party devices. Both the entire Yubii Home Pro system and the Nice Home Management System can be remotely managed via the Nice Home Management App (Nice Viewer).
