Kirchheim-Nürtingen Hospital

Nürtingen, Germany

The use of specific colours, as well as bright rooms and open space, have been demonstrated to have an impact on well-being and recovery. This is why the architects for the new clinic complex built in Nürtingen, Germany – which was officially opened at the end of 2010 – decided to utilize exterior venetian blinds from the company ROMA KG, motorized with 900 elero motors. The precise maintenance-free drives move the venetian blinds and thus contribute to the regulation of healthy, natural daylight. The opening and closing of the blinds take place almost unnoticed – entirely in line with the wishes of the patients.
